To maintain quality and consistency across our platform, please follow these guidelines:

  • Clarity & Structure: Use clear headings, logical flow, and concise paragraphs.

  • Generally, we prefer how-tos, step-by-step guides, listicles, and industry trends & insights containing inspiring ideas, use cases, and examples.
  • Articles must contain no more than 5% AI-generated content.
  • Professional Tone: Write in a clear, direct, and credible voice suitable for business readers.
  • Length: Articles should typically range between 1,200–2,500 words and be written in a Google Doc.
  • Formatting: Use short paragraphs, bullet points where helpful, and simple formatting for readability.
  • Use conversational tone (It should be engaging, should include examples, questions, sometimes even humor).
  • There MUST be a short description of an article. Length – up to 55 characters.
  • The article should consist of H2s and H3s for proper structuring and logical flow.
  • Articles need to be in small paragraphs (separated evenly) for better readability.
